scheduling and managing clinical staff in their respective area(s), the Director of Clinical Services
is accountable for ensuring clinical competencies, training and education to ensure the success of the clinical crew member in support of our vision and mission.

Job Requirements and Qualifications include:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge and experience
* Current licensure as a California Paramedic, RN or RRT
* Five (5) years emergency or critical patient care experience
* Two (2) years management or supervisory experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Basic computer skills to include word processor, database experience

REACH operates Agusta 109, Bell 407 and BO105 helicopters,
and a King Air B200 and Cessna 421C airplanes to perform patient transports. Our Flight Nurse/Flight Paramedic teams respond to both scene and interfacility requests. REACH has developed expertise in pediatric assessment, stabilization and transport and and is the preferred transport provider for Children’s Hospital Oakland, which is a pediatric trauma center. REACH also performs transports to the PICUs of the University of California San Francisco Medical Center, California Pacific Medical Center and the University of California at Davis Medical Center. Coordination of all transport services is conducted by our dedicated in-house, satellite-based communication center. In 1998 REACH achieved full accreditation by the Commission on Accreditation of Medical Transport Systems (CAMTS.) REACH is privately owned and operated.
